Hi all.  My name is Amy Alexander and this is my true-life weight loss story.  

I have been struggling with weight-loss for years.  As a mom and working professional, I had found that losing weight and keeping it off was next to impossible.  I had tried so many different diets and even bought a few different exercise machines, but nothing worked for me.   I simply can’t exercise every day of my life and yes, drive through food happens.   I work close to 50 hours every week.  I simply don’t have time to prepare proper meals every night.

If I have learned anything over my years of dieting, there is no sure-fire method what works for everyone.  But, and this is a BIG but, you have absolutely nothing to lose by trying my system. You can get started without spending a dime, so if it doesn’t work, you won’t have to worry about returning a useless piece of exercise equipment or trying to find a way to replace the $300 you blew.

You can think of step 3 as the “icing on the cake”. I did not begin the third until almost a month into my weight loss, and by this time I had already lost close to 25 pounds. I love acai berry! I have also lost a lot of weight using it and it’s great. It’s been around 10 weeks and I have lost 18 pounds now. If i would quit eating fast food every once in a while i would lose more. i’m definitely going to check out PureCleanse as i never thought to use them together.

Which product is better do you think? Acai berry or ultra purecleanse. I really want to know how to lose 40 pounds but nothing works for me and i can’t exercise bc i have a real bad back

Will this work for men also? I only need to lose 20 pounds or so and just went through a few unsuccessful weeks of no carbs with the atkins diet. I’m going to give this a try and will report back with my results, if any.

Hi William. I am VERY familiar with the Atkins diet. I had some success with it in the past, but as soon as I would start adding the carbs the weight would come with it. That and I couldn’t put the rest of my family through those meals. It’s not something you can sustain for a long period of time. You have to hope you’re one of the lucky ones who can lose the weight, stop the diet, and not gain it back. It seems like those people are in the minority.

Definitely give this method a try. I’m really excited to see if it works for others. I don’t worry about carbs or calories AT ALL.
